for candidate representation include expertise in their positions, track
records and accomplishments in their positions and verified experience
credentials and references from their colleagues, clients and former
employers.
The steps taken by RNI Consulting Team to successfully complete a corporate
search assignment are as follows:
- Assignment orientation will allow RNI Research Department and Management
Consulting Team to determine and analyze all optimum sources for potential
qualified candidates by researching competition, related companies,
industries, functions, and geographical areas.
- The Management Consulting
Team will contact prospective candidates;
screen and interview candidates that meet the criteria established
by the Client Company. The Management Consulting Team will introduce
qualified
candidates to the opportunity of exploring an association with the
Client Company.
- RNI, in an effort to develop an in-depth picture of
each candidate, will prepare reports on qualified candidates, summarizing
appraisal interviews,
background investigations and other pertinent information.
- RNI will
make initial formal presentations to the Client Company, based on
the best-qualified candidates. The Client Company will select
a qualified candidate for face-to-face meetings.
- RNI will arrange and
schedule such meetings.
- RNI will advise and consult the Client Company
prior to and after their meetings.
- RNI will offer assistance in negotiations
and communicates objections to the Client Company.
